Thank you for your email—I’m glad you enjoyed your time with us at the tournament and would like to return. I am forwarding your request to our facilities maestro Edward Leute. The fencing tournament was arranged through our Fencing Club specifically, so there was a direct connection with a related school program, which I believe had bearing on our ability to use the facilities for the tournament. We were also fortunate in not having a scheduling conflict with sporting events at the Gym. Mr. Leute is more familiar with the “ins and outs” of the requirements for an outside group’s use of our facilities, as well as the scheduling of facilities, so you are in the most capable hands available with him.
I wish for you the very best with this event. It sounds like an innovative and effective approach to promoting science and engineering.
